A Bit About Savannah
Hi! I'm Savannah, a Licensed Graduate Professional Counselor in DC specializing in eating disorders, with experience in treating dual diagnoses, mood disorders, anxiety and personality disorders. My passion lies in helping individuals navigate the complexities of their relationships with themselves, others, and the world around them. I am a person-centered integrative therapist, and my favorite modalities are parts work, EFT, and exploring the here and now.
I provide a safe, supportive, and sometimes light-hearted space for all of my clients. I believe that the therapeutic relationship accounts for the majority of a client's progress. Therefore, I show up to the therapeutic space genuinely and wholeheartedly, ready to listen, learn, and grow with my clients.
If you are looking for someone to compassionately support you in your journey, encourage you, hold you accountable, and help you learn to be comfortable with discomfort, do not hesitate to contact me. I look forward to hearing from you!
